ECi Software Solutions, a leader in industry-specific information technology solutions, has entered the manufacturing software industry with the acquisition of software companies Bowen & Groves Pty Ltd. and Bowen & Groves Inc.
Bowen & Groves (B&G) is the developer of the "M1 by B&G" ERP management software used by small to medium-sized manufacturing businesses around the world. B&G is based in Mulgrave, Australia and also has sales and support facilities in the United States.

ECi will continue to market, support and enhance the M1 ERP software. Sales, support and development of the product will continue to be handled by B&G's current staff from the company's existing offices in Australia and the United States.
