Designed in single-slot (cPCI-3915A) or dual-slot (cPCI-3915B) cPCI form factor, the cPCI-3915, available from Boston Technology , supports Intel Pentium M CPU with 2MB L2 cache and 2GHz core speed, and backs the next-generation DDR2 architecture with a SODIMM slot pitched for up to 1GB of DDR2 400/533MHz memory module.
These innovations enhance system response and offers optimize performance while complying with the industry's power-saving measures.
The cPCI-3915 debuts with dual-gigabit Ethernet ports that utilise the PCI Express bus to provide reliable network connectivity and efficient remote management essential for industrial and embedded processes.
Promoting multiple storage options, the cPCI-3915 supports a 2.5" serial ATA or IDE hard disk drive and a CompactFlash card for OS installation and data keeping.
The cPCI-3915 also comes with the optional cPCI-R3915 rear transition module to offer high-resolution and dual-channel support for CRT (up to 2048x1536 resolution), DVI (up to 165MB/s), and LVDS (1x18bpp) displays, making it suitable for variety of graphics-driven and interactive applications.
The cPCI-3915 hosts up to three high-speed USB 2.0 ports and serial ports for communication and management.
