Bosco Storage Solutions’ security cabinets are manufactured to Australian Government Security Construction & Equipment Committee (SCEC) specifications and can be tailored to meet a number of security challenges. B-class and C-class security cabinets for storage of confidential material, and the Bosco gun cabinets or secure pistol storage containers, are manufactured to N.S.W. Department of Commerce specifications for the N.S.W. Police.
Bosco Storage Solutions’ B-class security cabinets have the following features:
- T4 protective security specification
- Anti-tilt to prevent cabinet tipping
- 1.6mm mild steel carcass
- 5mm mild steel plate drawer front fully welded to a 1.2mm mild steel drawer body
Of welded construction, B-class security cabinets can be fitted with SCEC endorsed electro-mechanical locks such as La Gard TL11G, Kaba-Mas X-09 or a manual combination lock. These cabinets are designed to provide evidence of tampering and attempts of covert entry.
C-class retractable door security cabinets are of fully welded construction and fitted with SCEC endorsed Bilock FA33R19CP restricted key lock for increased security. Doors with spring tension hinges mounted on ball bearing runners facilitate retraction of doors back into the body.
Both B-class and C-class security cabinets are available in a range of powdercoat colours, including ripple finishes. Pistol cabinets, powdercoated in standard or custom colours, are fitted with heavy-duty hinges, SCEC endorsed Bilock FA33R19CP restricted key lock and are available in heights of 1000mm x 900mmm wide and 480mm deep and 1980mm x 900mm x 480mm. With individual gun and handcuff locks, the 1000mm high unit houses 34 pistols and handcuffs. The 1980mm high unit houses 79 pistols and handcuffs.
