HDP and HDP Series
Bonfiglioli, (Italy’s largest gear manufacturer producing over 4000 gear units per day), has introduced a brand new state of the art series of heavy duty bevel helical and parallel shaft helical gear reducers take over where the popular Bonfiglioli A series range finishes.
  • 5 HDO Sizes - from 21,700 Nm up to 72,000 Nm
  • 9 HDP Sizes - from 4,650 Nm up to 72,000 Nm
  • Larger sizes of both bevel helical and parallel shaft helical will follow in 2009
  • Combinations can also be engineered using the HDP / HDO and Bonfiglioli’s exceptional planetary range
  • These drives are especially suitable for such mining applications as Conveyors, Apron feeders, Mine shuttle cars, Shiploaders, Stacker reclaimers and Cranes
  • More Ration Choices - are possible with only 12% between consecutive ratios.
  • Heavy Duty Bearings - latest generation heavy duty roller bearings of different series (primary brands only), are used to withstand the forces generated internally and applied externally, the accurate proportioning allows for balance
