Available from Blink Technology Australia , the Fastcam MC2 is a high speed camera that has been specifically designed to quickly locate and fix costly faults on production lines.
Fastcam MC2 high speed cameras feature twin lightweight camera heads measuring 35mm x 35mm x 35mm. The camera is connected to the processor via 7metre flexible cable, enabling the Fastcam MC2 to be easily mounted near trouble hot spots and inaccessible spaces.
The light sensitive CMOS imaging sensor allows images to be captured with minimal additional lighting.
When a fault occurs, a signal is sent via the TTL or switch closure connector on the front panel, triggering the cameras to make a high speed recording of what is causing the blockage or jam.
Fastcam MC2 high speed fault finding cameras record up to 10,000 frames, or pictures, per second, making it simple to find and fix a problem as well as improve line efficiency.
Available in colour and monochrome versions, these fault finding cameras come in three models, 500, 2K, and 10K, featuring top speeds of 500fps, 2,000fps, and 10,000fps respectively. They are also available with a 1GB or 2GB memory option to provide up to eight seconds record time at 1,000 fps (4sec with the 1GB option).
Fastcam MC2 high speed cameras feature Gigabit Ethernet interface with automatic download to a users’ network, while the optional RS-422 remote control keypad with 5" LCD display offers simple control of all functions and makes setting up of the camera and downloading recorded high speed videos easy and intuitive.
The Fastcam MC2 is a powerful tool, especially given the pressure of maintaining optimum line speeds and efficiency in today's ever more competitive world.
