Kranzle  has revolutionised the high pressure industry with the introduction of the Kranzle Electra – a technologically advanced machine ideally suited to Australian conditions, in particular the mining and food processing industries as it creates no fumes.

The Kranzle Electra stationary hotwater high pressure cleaning system is different in that it has the ability to heat water after it has traversed the pump, effectively protecting the pump seals and significantly extending the life span of both pump and seals.

The Kranzle Electra has already revealed cost savings of up to 80% on maintenance.

This innovative German-engineered cleaning system is set in a wall mounted stainless steel cabinet, proving space-efficient and eliminating potential tampering with controls and settings.

The Kranzle Electra is available from 24kW to 72kW, with flowrates from 10 to 15 litres water/minute pressure from 150 to 210 bar and temperatures from 60 degrees C to 160 degrees C. Optimum cleaning performance easily removes the stubborn dirt and contamination.

The full stainless steel high pressure heating elements are a major technical break-through in the field of electrically heated pressure cleaners systems.

Water is heated under pressure after the pump eliminates cavitation - a major drawback inherent to electric pre-heated high pressure systems.

The advantage is a drastic saving in maintenance costs, due to extended seal life and a substantial saving in running costs as a result of demand heating instead of storage heating.
