With four measuring ranges from 10mm to 100mm and more in development the optoNCDT 1700 laser displacement sensor has a very high cost to performance ratio.
These laser displacement sensors are built to a compact design with integral electronics and have an analog output of 4 - 20 mA and 0 - 10 V, digital via RS422 or USB. Configuration and control is via PC software, compatible with Windows.
optoNCDT 1700 laser displacement sensors feature real-time surface compensation for the fastest possible adaptation to changing surfaces and the synchronisation of two sensors is possible for differential or thickness measurements.
Another key advantage of these laser displacement sensors is their exposure control. The measurement frequency can be reduced if a longer exposure time is required, for dark or shining objects for example.
