The PSE 37_/39_-14 positioning system is a compact and complete solution for positioning auxiliary and positioning axes. It does this by converting a digital positioning signal into an angle of rotation. The positioning system consists of a motor, gear, power amplifier, control electronics, absolute measuring system and a bus interface. The integrated absolute measuring system eliminates the need for a time-consuming reference run.
Connecting to a bus system simplifies the wiring. A hollow shaft with adjustable collar makes assembly quite simple. The positioning system is suitable for automatically adjusting the positions of filling and packing machines in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Its stainless steel housing makes the PSE 37_/39_-14 series suitable for use in clean rooms or for sterile filling processes. The positioning system’s high protection class (IP68) also allows for cleaning with aggressive cleansers.
