ILD 1300 is a low cost high performance laser displacement CCD sensor with completely integrated digital signal processor. ILD 1300 laser measures position against almost any target without contacting the object. By accommodating the complete electronics in one compact sensor housing, this sensor becomes especially interesting for mounting in machines, production systems and test equipment.
The ILD 1300 tolerates a broad range of supply voltage (11 to 30 V DC) and provides either current (4-20mA) or voltage (1 to 5V) signal output, which suits a wide field of applications in automation and production. The ILD 1300 model offered cover displacement ranges of 20mm, 50mm 100mm and 200 mm.
ILD 1300 measures the distance to the target with a linearity of typically +/-0.2% of the displacement range. The laser sensor’s measuring rate of 500 samples/sec allows it to measure displacement or position of fast moving objects. Being a class II laser no special precautions are required. The IP67 sealed package and 0 to 55°C operating temperature equips this displacement sensor for operation in industrial environments without further protection. ILD 1300 laser is light and weighs approximately 100g without cable.
