AC Signal Converter
AC Signal Converter

Bestech Australia  presents the TZ-1DA AC signal isolation transducer, from Asahi Keiki, Japan. This transducer converts AC input signals into a range of standardised DC voltages and currents.  This converter can be used for input frequencies of 40 to 1000Hz.

The signal converter uses AC power (90 – 240 V) and can be mounted on DIN railing. The input, output and power supply are all isolated from each other to reduce noise.

The signal converter is also designed so that its zero point and span can be externally adjusted. However, this is not necessary as they are pre-calibrated.

The base accuracy for the converter is ±0.2% FS and it has a temperature characteristic of ±0.02 %FS/°C. The unit weighs approximately 80g and is encased in ABS resin. The signal converter can be used in temperatures up to 50°C.

The unit also has vibration resistance for frequencies of 10 to 55Hz and amplitudes of 0.15mm to 10 sweeps of 5 mins each in each axis.
Outputs:

  • 0 to 5 VDC
  • 1 to 5 VDC
  • 0 to 10 VDC
  • -10 to 10 VDC
  • -2 to 2 VDC
  • -2.5 to 2.5 VDC
  • -5 to 5 VDC
  • 0 to 4 VDC
  • 4 to 20 mA
  • 0 to 20 mA
This AC signal converter is available in Australia and New Zealand from Bestech Australia Pty Ltd.
