The Series K helical bevel geared motors are designed with integral cast feet for base or end mounting. The versatile mounting means shaft the machine can be shaft or foot mounted using the same gearbox.
The helical bevel geared motors from Benzler Australia can be offered with single or double extended output shafts.
The geared motors can also be shaft mounted or available with output flanges for horizontal or vertical mounting. The right angled drive is highly efficient and saves energy and running costs. Further, the integration of standard IEC motors (Frames from 63 to 280; NEMA frames from 56 to 405) mean fast and low cost motor replacements.
The K Series come in nine different unit sizes. They are offered optionally with a bolt on torque reaction bracket and all variations are available either motorised or with an input shaft assembly.
The comprehensive range of gear speed ratios go up to 160:1 in three stages, 10,000:1 in five stages and 36,000:1 in six stages.
The input power goes up to 90kW (121 horse power) and output torque of up to 12,300 Nm (109,000 pounds per inch).
