Barr Industries , established in 1989, specialises in the design and manufacture of plastic injection moulds, toolmaking, extrusion moulding braided hoses, machinery design, fabrication services and general engineering services. Through fully equipped tool room, Barr industries provides spark eroding, wire cutting, core cutter, CAD, CAM and CNC machinery services.
Barr Industries undertakes all levels of project management ranging from design, prototyping and tooling through to manufacturing, printing, packaging and delivery.
Barr Industries have thirteen injection moulding machines ranging from 35 ton through to 350 ton in clamp capacity. Barr Industries process a wide range of polymers, nylon such as PA6, PA6.6 and glass filled, ABS, SAN, polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate and polystyrenes. Barr Industries also provides a range of services to complement its moulding, assembly, packaging and printing services.
Barr Industries offers Pressure Transfer Device for solving water pressure problems. The Pressure Transfer Device rules out high water pressure from flexible hoses and protects homes from water flooding problems.
In addition to Pressure Transfer Device, Barr Industries also offers quality braided hose fittings to suit numerous applications. Braided hose is available in various lengths with a variety of straight and angled fittings.
