Barcode Print , master dealer for Toshiba, has launched the new SX-Series TEC Industrial Barcode Printers.
The TEC SX-4T thermal transfer barcode printer features a stainless steel case and internal media supply which allows the printer to be used in a harsh operating environment.
The printer also features TEC's near-edge floating print head which prints at speeds up to 254 mm per second at 200 DPI (8 dot/mm) whilst allowing for printing on a wide range of media types High quality print is assisted by the printer straight media path. The barcode printer may be enhanced through use of the option range which includes ribbon save, internal rewind unit, on demand (peel off) mechanism, cutter, centronics and I/O interfaces.

Access to printhead, platen, paper path and sensors is now easier with the development of a new wide opening mechanism, making paper loading and cleaning quicker than ever. Using the very latest printhead technology from Toshiba, the B-SX5 barcode printer increases the use of in-house components to ensure dazzling print clarity at 306dpi for the B-SX5.
