Bandsaw Supplies  supply ready to use Bandsaw blades that are suitable for woodworkers Bandsaw machines. These blades can be ordered with lengths starting at 1800mm.

The general purpose carbon blades have blade widths of 5mm to 51mm. The carbon claw tooth 3 tpi is suitable for roughing out cuts. The number of teeth per inch (tpi) is important. Using a blade with too many tpis will cause burning and poor contour cutting.

Bi-Metal blades are high speed steel blades, which can cut the hard timber. A positive rake tooth of 10 and 15° removes swarf and withstands higher cutting temperatures.

The bi-metal blades give a longer cutting life. The high speed steel bi-metal blades have blade widths of 6mm to 67mm. The set on the teeth starts at 1.47mm on the 6mm wide blade to 2.41mm set on the 67mm blade.
