Schinkentec hams are said to be made using the latest innovation in ready-to-eat ham technology.

Earlee’s specially-formulated Schinkentec process (‘schinken’ being German for ham, and ‘tec’ meaning technology) produces leg hams with refrigerated shelf life up to 3 times that of normal hams.
