A NEW addition to the product line of magnetic field sensors is the BMF 315M. It is encased in an aluminium housing and available in a weld-immune version and a temperature resistant version. The aluminium housing makes these two versions of the BMF 315M highly resistant to mechanical stress.

Balluff magnetic field sensors are known for their reliable switching response and high function reserve. The T-slot has become established as the standard slot shape for pneumatic cylinders over recent years.

But for fast and uncomplicated installation, insertion of the sensor from above has become an increasing demand. Balluff has met this requirement with the BMF 315M.

An additional version of the BMF 315M has been developed for applications in high temperature environments up to +105°C. The high-temperature BMF is offered with PNP logic and normally open output with 0.3m PU cable and M8 connector or as a cable version with 3m of temperature resistant cable.

The BMF 315M is especially useful on pneumatic cylinders or in block cylinders for high temperature ranges, or in any application in which high temperatures are encountered.
