BALLUFF has extended its range of inductive sensors to include the Blackline range that provides inductive sensing solutions in an economical price range.
Blackline's performance specifications are suitable for reliable presence sensing on machine tools, metal forming equipment, assembly lines, plastics extrusion machinery and general industrial processing equipment.
Rugged Blackline inductives are available in threaded nickel-plated-brass housings, in sizes ranging from M8 to M30 and sensing distances from 2mm to 10mm.
Totally encapsulated, the sensors are available in connector and cable versions, with flush or non-flush mounting, and PNP or NPN output configurations.
Each Blackline sensor model features an LED, which indicates output is "on" to help speed set-up. IP67-rated, the sensors are powered by 24V dc and protected against short-circuits and reverse polarity.
Ultra reliable, these sensors work in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C.
