Coalescing Plate Separators (CPS)
- Small packaged units
- Large designed units
These enhanced gravity separators are efficient for the removal of free oils and greases plus suspended solids from a wastewater stream.
They can be either in-ground pits or above ground tanks, with discharge qualities suitable for disposal to sewer or storm water.
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF)
Small packaged systems are fully automatic and include pH control, coagulant and polymer additions, partial recycle and circular flotation cells. They are PLC controlled, stainless steel construction and range in size from 2m3/HR up to 40m3/HR. Larger site assembled units are also available.
Specialty chemical treatment (RM-10)
Unique, one step process for difficult to treat wastewater. The clay based chemical removes oils and greases, suspended solids, heavy metals, surfactants and permanently encapsulates these contaminants in a readily disposable dry sludge. Manual, semi, and fully automatic systems in stainless steel fabrication with PLC control.
Oil skimmers
The range includes floating, continuous belt, disk and tube skimmers, with various sizes and materials.
Fine filtration
Various types of media and cartridge filters are available for polishing effluents to provide clean discharge qualities, suitable for recycling operations or irrigation. (Storm Water).
Electro Ionisation
This system is still being refined and developed. The purpose is to provide a non-chemical method of treating industrial wastewaters.
