AUSTRALIAN Baldor has released the Servo Products & Positioning Systems catalogue in hard copy and on www.baldor.com.au.
The catalogue includes several new motor, drive and motion control products from Baldor and Delta Tau. New products include ring magnet BSM motors, including resolver and encoder feedback models. The BSM100 motor range now includes ring magnet designs with torques up to 30Nm and ratings up to 6000 rpm.
The MicroFlex Brushless ac servo drive has been extended to include RS232 and RS485 models. Optional cooling fans are available for larger drive models.
NextMoveST has been added to provide a low-cost drive motion system for three axes of stepper motors. It includes stepper amplifiers and motion control on a standalone unit. NextMoveES is a six-axis servo and stepper motion controller in a euro-style card. Baldor has also expanded its range of keypads and HMI panels.
The Hycore is a hybrid stepper/servo linear motor that provides cost-effective linear solutions without the expense of magnet tracks. It can be driven with MicroFlex, FlexPlusII and MintDriveII servo drives.
Baldor has added a range of power and feedback cable assemblies in lengths from 2.5m to 20m. They are complete with motor end connectors and drive DB connectors presoldered. A range of isolated power supplies have also been introduced. They provide 24V dc for the various drive products, as well a 5V dc and ±15V dc model for the motion products. Optional DIN rail mount kits are available.
