Backplane Systems Technology has announced the release of the TKS-105a-TB38-RF-KGEH; a unique wireless industrial keyboard with integrated 38 mm trackball. The TKS-105a-TB38-RF-KGEH includes a membrane industrial keyboard as well as a USB based receiver.
All input data, including the signals of the pressed trackball, is transmitted from the keyboard by a wireless connection within a range of ten metres. As a mobile control element, it can be used for many applications wherever a flexible solution is required such as mobile control and diagnostic applications within the manufacturing industry.
To synchronise the keyboard and the USB based receiver, simply press the “connect’ button when the devices are switched on. The industrial keyboard is also equipped with a control LED, which indicates the device status using different colours.
The TKS-105a-TB38-RF-KGEH features an aluminium front panel, offering excellent durability and shock absorption. This industrial keyboard is IP65 rated which offers protection from liquid spills and dust. A battery charger and rechargeable batteries for the industrial keyboard are included.
