BACKPLANE Systems Technology has announced the release of iBase Technology's Pentium M 3.5" single board computer, the IB881.
Supports up to 1GB of memory.
The board supports Intel Pentium M/Celeron M processors, up to 1.6GHz and features an Intel 852GM/855GME chipset.
The IB881 has one DDR SODIM socket supporting up to 1GB of memory. The Intel 855GME/852GM features built-in Intel extreme graphics, plus the Intel Dynamic Video Memory supports up to 64MB shared system RAM.
The onboard LVDS has a resolution up to 1600x1200. In addition, this compact board features CRT/LVDS dual display functionality.
The IB881 has an onboard 10/100 Ethernet controller and AC97 codec audio controller. The PC/104+ expansion slot allows user to add additional functionality to the board.
I/O functions include 2x COM, 4x USB2.0, two channel Ultra DMA 33/66/100, slim floppy interface, IrDA and PS/2 keyboard/mouse connector. The edge connectors are LAN, COM1, PS/2, USB2.0, and VGA.
The IB881 high performance, yet miniature board, features a range of functionality, dual display support plus an operating temperature range of 0-60°C making it suitable for a range of industrial and commercial applications.
