BACKPLANE Systems Technology will be exhibiting AICSYS's Cyclops Series of keyboard monitor 19" rackmount drawers, at CeBit Australia 2006. These 1RU space-saving units feature a 15"/17" TFT LCD display, slim-line keyboard with a two-button mouse pad or trackball, audio and optional KVMA switch supporting up to 16 PCs.
Integrated 5-in-1 solution.
This integrated 5-in-1 solution features a dual-rail design whereby the keyboard and monitor can be accessed separately.
Users can control and access multiple computers from a central console saving hundreds of dollars in equipment, space and power costs. The user can easily carry out installation, as it is simply connecting cables between the Cyclops drawer and the PCs.
There is no need to have additional peripherals for each computer as the KVMA switch allows the user to automatically or manually switch between PCs. The administrator can access multiple computers (up to 16) from one location instead of moving from one computer to another.
Up to 512 servers can be controlled by cascading multiple Cyclops together. The operator can easily switch between servers to access and individual PC.
The Cyclops Series is ideal for Internet data centres, server rooms, testing labs or network-operated centres where multiple computers are required.
