Backplane Systems Technology has announced the launch of the portable CSB200-888 fanless computer system with Intel Atom processors on board. With 1x wireless antenna jack at the rear panel and 1x PCI-E slot for wireless module expansions, the system is ideal for embedded mobile applications in industries such as communication, transportation, health care and pharmaceuticals.
Housing an Intel Atom-based IBASE IB888 single board computer, the slim and compact CSB200-888 features low power consumption and is perfect for applications with space constraints. The steel, black coloured chassis can be desk or wall mounted. The front panel includes 1x Compact Flash socket slot with ejector, 4x USB and 1x COM port. Additionally, there are 2x USB ports, 1x COM, RJ-45, DVI-D connector, DC-in jack and power button (with LED) at the rear.
The CBS200-888 dimensions are 190mm in width x 132mm in depth x 30mm in height. It also comes with a DDR2 SO-DIMM socket and is provided with a 60-watt power adaptor.
