IP68 keyboards and Mice
Backplane Systems Technology will display the comprehensive range of IP68 keyboards and mice from InduKey’s InduProof series at CeBit Australia 2008; stand: X72.
These keyboards have been developed for industries where ease of cleaning or disinfecting is a requirement, such as pharmaceutical, medical, chemical and food manufacturing.
The InduProof series have a wear and tear resistant silicone surface with Dura-coating for good mechanical and chemical resistance.
The silicone mat is glued to a 3mm thick aluminium base plate creating an IP68 protection rating, which means they can be submerged in up to three metres in liquid and is dustproof.

With an extreme operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C these InduProof keyboards and mice are a must in any hygiene critical medical environment.
The mice are based on the same quality components and manufacturing standards and have a reliable optical engine, suitable for almost any surface.
The InduProof series is available in two different interfaces, two PS/2 interfaces (keyboard and mouse-button) or a USB interface. These keyboards and mice are available in grey, medical green and black.
