THE BV Products Group has released a new range of Australian-made specialised vibratory bowl equipment.

Going under the generic term of Minivibes, BV Products claims that not only are the machines designs unique in the field of mass finishing they are also the first true ‘Plug and Process’ mass finishing equipment range.

BV Products has coined the phrase Plug and Process to amplify the fact that when customers receive the equipment there is nothing more to buy because the machines are:

* Totally self-contained in that they need no permanent connection to a mains water supply or sewerage connection.

* Supplied complete with a start up quantity of abrasive media and chemical compound.

BV Products says that as all the machines operate from a single-phase mains plug, and are supplied with a water/compound recirculation tank as standard, they are no more complicated to set up than a domestic dishwasher.

The range starts with the MV3 three litre bowl, standard table top unit and progresses through five additional models up to the MV60, a full 60 litre bowl.

The models MV25S and MV50S all have automatic inbuilt media from parts separation and there is also an option to add a cradle that makes the units fully portable from one point to another, great for work cell applications.

All models are industrial use equipment built to withstand 24/7 use. They are equipped with powerful, direct drive, single-flange mount vibratory motors and all bowls are cast in one piece using a proprietary hot-cured urethane around a heavy duty steel fabrication.

BV Products offers a 10-year, no questions asked, full replacement warranty on the bowls.

While all models are all single-phase operation, the MV25S and above are supplied as standard with a control panel that includes a programmable variable speed unit.

This enables the user to have full control of not only the processing cycle but the unload and separate function.

Prices of the machines are competitive starting below $600 for the MV3 ranging up to less than $3000 for the top-of-the-range MV50S. An instructional DVD is supplied with each machine.

BV Products distributes the machines from its Melbourne and Sydney-based operations or customers can order on line by visiting www.bvproducts.com.au where full details of all the machines in the range can be found along with a short video clip of the product in operation.
