BSI Group Australia and New Zealand has appointed Erin Smith as Head of Sales and Marketing of its Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) business.
As a key member of the management team, reporting to ANZ Managing Director, Nick Koukoulas, Erin will be responsible for leading the National Sales and Marketing Team through the development of marketing and business development campaigns for BSI Group Australia & New Zealand.
Erin brings to the table extensive experience in the FMCG sector working in senior management as well as sales and marketing roles, mainly with large corporates such as Cerebos, Arnott’s and Reckitt Benckiser. She was recently employed as Australian Sales and Marketing Manager – Assurance for SAI Global.
According to Managing Director, Nick Koukoulas, Erin’s appointment will further focus the BSI sales and marketing effort in Australia and New Zealand through 2012, adding that Standards such as Business Continuity Management will be vital in the current economic climate to the survival and success of all businesses.
Erin takes over from Shannon Lane who has served in the role of Head of Sales and Marketing for 3 years.
Erin holds a double degree in both Marketing and Management and has also recently acquired a Post Graduate specialisation in Change Management from the University of NSW.
