BOC launches MagMATE Flame gas welding, brazing and cutting equipment
BOC’s new range of MagMATE Flame Gas Equipment will be useful for tradespeople, DIY home professionals and those seeking an alternative cutting, welding and brazing product that is hard-working, safe and durable.
The MagMATE Flame range is fully tested and compliant with all relevant Australian and New Zealand standards. It is backed up the credibility of the BOC name and international distribution and service network.
“BOC developed the MagMATE Flame range in response to feedback we received from tradespeople,” says Andy Bridger, business manager, Industrial Equipment, BOC.
“The product is easy to handle, easy to transport, incredibly robust and provides high-level performance without compromising on safety.
“The MagMATE Flame Gas Equipment Kit includes, as a standard, flashback arrestors to ensure maximum operation and safety,” continues Bridger.
“The fact that the inclusion of flashback arrestors in kits such as these is not normal, and that the arrestors are BOC-branded, reflects the priority BOC places on safety for its customers.”
Users can purchase the equipment kit – which features everything the user needs to get going immediately – or choose discrete components and customise their own range. The basic kit includes elements such as regulators, blowpipe, cutting attachment, trips and nozzle, flashback arrestor and all the necessary accessories like goggles and flint lighters.
“Only the best quality materials are used in the MagMATE Flame range,” says Bridger. “They are produced by expert gas manufacturers and have had the highest testing protocols applied to them to ensure only the best performance and safety. An example of this is the encapsulated valve used in all MagMATE Flame regulators.”
The new MagMATE Flame gas equipment is an extension of the existing MagMATE MIG welding range (which includes MagMATE Pro MIG machines and MagMATE MIG wire).
