BAC systems have introduced display drawers and showcases. The high density storage drawers provide for large scale storage of art and other objects in drawers up to 2250mm x 1800mm in size. The ‘DCA’ series of drawers also function as showcase units for displaying art collections for public viewing.
BAC Systems offer drawers in an array of ten different sizes. The choice of correct drawer size is critical for the end use. BAC Systems recommend the following display drawers and showcases:
- Display and showcasing 'DCA' series - 900mm wide x 600mm deep
- Map and print storage (A1) 'DRA' series - 900mm wide x 675mm deep
- Map and print storage (A0) 'DR1+2' series - 1350mm wide x 900mm deep
- Art storage 'DR3' series - 2250mm wide x 900mm deep
- Art storage 'DR4' series - 2250mm wide x 1800mm deep
Art and display storage modules, available from BAC Systems, allow for easy inventory control and protect valuable objects from dust and other contamination. Modular art and display systems are endorsed by Standards Australia (Lic. 85253).
