Anton Paar has launched online beverage measuring system Cobrix. Improved technology, higher accuracy, compact design and long intervals between maintenance checks are just some of the benefits of the new Cobrix3.
Using new high accuracy online densitometers and sound velocity monitors, the new Cobrix3 multibev, available from, B-R Controls, provides online measurement of Brix, %Diet, CO2-concentration, alcohol, extract, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, temperature and line pressure in all beverages, including beer, wine, alcoholic lemonades and mixed drinks.
Even sodium hydroxide concentration measurement during CIP is possible. This makes Cobrix3 a good beverage monitor in its class.
The powerful DAVIS software with Windows user-interface saves all measuring data and enables graphical and statistical analysis, also on other PCs via LAN.
Cobrix3 sets new standards in efficient beverage production - optimal use of raw materials, fast production start-up and change-over times and product precisely and consistently produced according to specs.
Cobrix3 Multibev on-line beverage analyser assists beverage producers in their aim to produce 100% in spec product. It provides the operator with real-time information about the selected quality parameters. It alarms and allows the control system to automatically stop the line if the product goes out of specification.
The system continuously analyses a small sample of the final beverage stream for quality parameters like alcohol, Brix/Diet, Carbondioxide, dissolved oxygen and other parameters like caustic concentration during CIP.
