AxxonSoft discusses its new Axxon Intellect Enterprise management software 4.8.0 and features

Supplier News

Axxon Intellect Enterprise management software 4.8.0 from AxxonSoft features a wide range of new video analytics tool.

The Axxon Enterprise management software includes features such as:

  • Detection of line crossing in a user-defined direction (Virtual Tripwire)
  • Video motion detection (VMD)
  • Stopping in the zone and loitering detection
  • Zone entry/exit detection

The software also supports video analytics embedded in cameras, which allows Intellect to handle the events registered by the embedded camera analytics.

Entirely new for AxxonSoft is the creation of forensic search technology, which enables searching of video archives for recordings which correspond to certain parameters and makes video archiving substantially more effective.

During searching, the user needs only to set the attributes by which to search for a video recording, such as area of motion, direction of motion, and color of the object. Within a few seconds, the Forensic Search system will find all recordings matching to the search parameters. It is not necessary for advanced configuration with the video detection tools as all attributes of moving objects are automatically recorded in the VMDA module’s database.

In addition, The Forensic Search system can be launched together with the video surveillance system or installed over an already launched system based on the Axxon Intellect Enterprise management 4.8.0 software package.

Another feature added to Axxon Intellect Enterprise Management Software 4.8.0 is a tool that helps display extensive detection zones more clearly on the monitor screen. The Scene Object allows the user to create a single panorama out of images from multiple cameras with overlapping fields of view.

All these technical innovations support of 64-bit Windows operation systems and support for several new video input cards such as Stream Labs FX2 and TUAN FS15, FX4, FX8 and FX16.
