AVANTI Chemicals has developed another break-through parts cleaning chemical for the automotive and earthmoving machinery repair industries, using a spray wash machine.
This new parts cleaning chemical, called Econo Spin-Wash LT, will economically and efficiently clean parts in a spray wash machine at ambient temperatures, which has been virtually impossible to do until now.
To function successfully, most parts cleaning chemicals must have temperature inputs to 70-80ºC in spray wash machines for several reasons. Parts cleaning chemicals tend to foam very badly at lower temperatures when forced through the sprayer nozzles. They also require the heat to assist in the cleaning action.
This new parts cleaning chemical, Econo Spin-Wash LT, is guaranteed to clean off 95% of contaminants in an efficient spray wash machine at ambient temperatures from around 15ºC in approximately 5 minutes.
Econo Spin-Wash LT parts cleaning chemical also removes 40 to 50% of carbon in aluminium cylinder heads, thus reducing reliance on bead blasting or cold tank cleaning.
Econo Spin-Wash LT parts cleaning chemical saves the operator considerable money on 3 phase power by eliminating the need for heating the solution in the spray wash machine.
