The Jaepack case erector, sold in Australia by Autopac Systems Pty Ltd offers a new type of case erecting technology that requires no vacuum system and hence suction -cups.
The new type of case erector uses a Positive Pin Pick-up System that slides in between the cross-section of the corrugated cardboard box in order to un-fold it. The fully automatic Positive Pin Pick-up System easily accepts marginal quality corrugated board, which often can give trouble to more conventional case erecting systems.
Compact in size, the Jaepack case erector offers precision folding and case sealing around the clock, using components such as Festo of Germany and Sumitomo of Japan. Simple to operate and maintain, the Jaepack allows for quick size changeover, and is available with tape or hot-melt sealing such as Nordson.
