Automation Systems and Controls has released two new vision sensors designed for the colour market. The DVT 535C will be a low cost entry level solution, while the DVT 545C will offer higher performance. Both DVT units will include Intellects complete set of easy to use colour tools and retain backwards compatibility with existing Framework software for existing applications.

DVT 535C Entry Level Colour

The DVT 535C colour sensor redefines entry level colour for the industry with a complete suite of vision tools to handle colour sorting, matching and defect detection applications.

  • 640 x 480 resolution
  • 23 frames per second
  • 1/3 inch CCD colour imager
  • 70% speed of the DVT 542C

DVT 545C high performance colour

The DVT 545C colour vision sensor provides a 400% performance increase from the DVT 535C and is a direct replacement for the higher priced DVT 552C colour vision sensor.

  • 640 x 480 resolution
  • 30 frames per second
  • ¼ inch CCD colour imager
  • 4 x speed of DVT 535C
  • 2.8 speed of DVT 542C
