Autodesk offers economical upgrades

AUTODESK has introduced an attractive incentive for early adopters who upgrade from Autodesk Mechanical Desktop (release 4, 5 and 6), AutoCAD Mechanical (release 2000 and 2000i) or AutoCAD Mechanical 6 to the Autodesk Inventor Series between now and July 31, 2002.

The Autodesk Inventor Series offers a no risk migration path to large assembly 3D design for AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Mechanical Desktop customers.

Those Customer's technological investment is protected through complete DWG compatibility offering the flexibility to move back and forth between 2D and 3D depending upon project needs.

The Autodesk Inventor Series promises minimal disruption to customer business by spreading out 3D training over longer periods, thus maximising efficiency and productivity, which often suffer during abrupt migrations to new technologies.

The Autodesk Inventor Series comprises AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Mechanical Desktop and Autodesk Inventor software. Early adopters stand to realise significant savings by upgrading before 31 July 2002.
