AUSTRALIAN Safety Guarding 's range of spool monitored pneumatic valves now comply with all applicable directives and harmonised standards for pneumatic fluid power systems and their components. The valves qualify to bear the CE mark.

The safety package systems are dual redundant and comprised of two monitored pneumatic valves mounted on one series-ported pneumatic safety module (dual redundant sub-base). Once correctly connected to an approved device for monitoring of the dual redundancy, the safety package systems are dual redundant in function. They are monitored for a fault and able to lock-out and inhibit further operation until the fault is corrected. They are also able to control the direction and flow of pressurised air to and from pneumatic actuators.

The units are suitable for use in all pneumatic safety applications (up to and including Category 4 requirements). They are available in a variety of port sizes, flow rates and spool configurations.
