AUSSIE Arrowline high pressure water blaster gun production has hit two million units per annum. Arrowline in conjunction with Australian Pump Industries in Australia, has developed a roboticised production program that has enabled the company to more than double its production of high pressure guns in the last four years.

Guns are supplied to the world's biggest manufacturers of high pressure water blasters. Quality and value for money are paramount requirements for Arrowline and Australian Pump Industries.

The product range includes guns with capacities of up to 7,000psi but focuses on the 2,000psi through to 4,000psi range for major production quantities.

The guns are made to the highest quality standards and offer flows of up to 40L per minute and temperature capabilities of up to 150°C.

The guns are designed specifically with operator comfort in mind. They are ergonomic and come with a trigger stop device that can lock the gun in the shut position, in line with OH&S requirements.

Many models are colour coded. For example, a stainless steel version of the popular AL35, 5,000psi gun is bright red for easy identification.

Australian Pump Industries’ Managing Director, Warwick Lorenz, recently visited the factory in Italy for talks on further development of the South East Asian and Australasian market-place.

"Arrowline is now the number one high pressure gun manufacturer in the world and sales in Japan and SE Asia are booming" he said.

The guns are used in a wide range of applications including food, construction, mining, general manufacturing industry and the automotive trades.

"Arrowline guns can be retrofitted to all brands of pressure cleaners with subsequent savings to users" said Mr Lorenz. "The guns are complemented by a full range of stainless steel lances, Aussie laser tip nozzles and other high pressure cleaning equipment accessories.”
