USERS of large pressure cleaners or water blasters can pick up major gains in efficiency with a new Aussie stainless steel Turbomaster turbo jet from Australian Pump Industries .

The Turbomaster 500 series is claimed to provide users with efficiency gains of up to 100 per cent by increasing the effective working pressure of the machine.

The Turbomaster 500 is designed for hydroblasters of up to 15,000psi capability. It is manufactured from corrosion resistant stainless steel and has a working range of 5-35 litres per minute. The turbo itself is a unique oscillating directjet that provides significantly more impact to the cleaning surface.

A spinning turbine within the stainless steel housing accelerates the pressure from the machine producing major increases in direct water impact.

The turbine drives the pin jet spray in concentric circles allowing the operator to cover wide areas quickly and efficiency.

Benefits include major reductions in the use of water, huge savings of time and of course a flow on to major cost reductions in labour, fuel, wear and tear and other operating expenses.

The big stainless turbos have a unique contoured design in the nozzle chamber that eliminates the need for flow straighteners. They provide clean precise jetting angles.

The turbos can be used in a wide range of industries and applications. They are suitable for paint stripping in industrial building projects, concrete finishing, ship anti fouling, steel fabrication wash down and even for debarking of logs in the timber industry.

A comprehensive selection guide that shows how to select the right sized nozzle orifice for specific machines or jobs is available free of charge from Australian Pump Industries.
