Leading self priming centrifugal pump specialist, Australian Pump Industries , has extended it’s five year warranty coverage to include the range of Aussie Poly Pumps.

The Poly Pump range, 2” and 3” pumps manufactured from high tech polyester materials, are used in a wide range of aggressive liquid transfer applications in industrial, agricultural and marine market sectors.

“When we saw cheap Chinese copy-type products coming out on the market, we realised that the best way to differentiate copycat style products to the original, was by extending our warranty,” says Dean Fountain of Australian Pump Industries.

The Aussie Poly Pump range of self priming centrifugal pumps is widely used in the transfer of a number of substances, including:

  • aggressive liquid fertilisers
  • digestive aids for farm animals
  • pesticides and herbicides
  • acids
  • solvents
  • oil based products
  • potable water
  • brine; and
  • condiments.
The versatile Aussie Poly self priming centrifugal pump is also used in a wide range of marine applications. The hygienic design quality makes these pumps ideal for live fish water circulation, and for general aquaculture duties.

The Aussie Seamaster is based on the 2” and 3” Aussie Poly Pump. The Seamaster is a lightweight diesel drive portable self priming centrifugal pump used in marine applications for both fire fighting and salvage duties.

These Aussie Poly self priming centrifugal pumps are available in close coupled single or three phase electric drive, hydraulic drive for mobile applications, and in their most popular form, Honda petrol engine or Yanmar diesel engine driven versions.

The reason these pumps suit such a broad variety of applications is because their seal and elastomer kits are available in EPDM, Viton and Buna N. For extremely aggressive applications, pumps can be supplied made from polypropylene, Ryton and Halar.

“The quality controls in production are so strict, and our assembly standards at Australian Pump Industries are so high that we’re quite confident about offering an extended five year warranty at no extra charge to users,” says Fountain.

“Our ISO9001 quality certification demands the highest standard of assembly, testing and responsiveness to customer needs,” he adds.

“The five year warranty is effective immediately and extends the normal Aussie Poly Pump end warranty by four years. The increased warranty helps consumers make an informed decision about an important product acquisition, whether it’s an industrial or agricultural application,” concludes Fountain.
