MELBOURNE'S famous exhibition centre will once again play host to AUSPACK 2007, and the organisers are off to a flying start with space sales for the major packaging trade fair.
"At the close of the moratorium booking period for previous exhibitors, we are pleased to report that the event is over 40% sold." said Robby Clark, Event Manager with organisers Exhibitions and Trade Fairs (ETF).
"Many of the major packaging and processing machinery manufacturers have already signed up for AUSPACK 2007, highlighting the success of face-to-face marketing at this prestigious event."
The theme for AUSPACK 2007 is 'Connect', emphasising the key benefit exhibitions can deliver; the opportunity in just four days to meet agents, distributors and thousands of potential customers who travel from throughout Australia, New Zealand and the surrounding region to attend.
"Visitors attending AUSPACK 2007 in May will have the opportunity to see the latest in packaging technology from more than 200 exhibitors displaying over 900 brands and services."
Attendees of AUSPACK can expect to see exhibits servicing areas such as packaging and processing, filling and sealing, weighing, bottling, labelling, palletising, wrapping, capping, quality control, materials handling, vacuum packaging, waste management, coding, marking and much, much more.
AUSPACK, Australia's only major packaging trade exhibition, returns to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from the 1st to the 4th May next year.
AUSPACK is owned and presented by the Australian Packaging Machinery Association (APMA) , Australia's only national packaging machinery body.
