Institute explores four corners of RFID

RADIO frequency identification (RFID) is impacting supply chain and packaging automation in a big way.

The Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP) will bring four very different users of the technology for a technical function entitled ‘4 Corners of RFID’ at the Brisbane Hilton Hotel on Wednesday 19 April, 2006.

Speakers include Meat and Livestock Association development manager Stuart Hume, NSW Police Asset Management project manager Simon Milliner, Ipswich City Council asset systems manager Daryl Hickey and GS1 Australia general manager standards development Fiona Wilson.
