The Australian Institute of Packaging, NSW branch will be heading to the Regent Park facility of Colorpak on Wednesday 24th October.
Started in 1920, Colorpak is now an ASX listed company with an impressive array of manufacturing facilities around Australia producing printed blister and lidding foils, self adhesive labels, sachets, folding cartons and flexible packaging for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food industries.
Colorpak has opened its doors for the AIP to tour its new Regents Park facility. This advanced green field plant demonstrates lean manufacturing, Colorpak’s unique in-house ink management process and an efficient pre-press / CTP (computer to plate) operation which reduce both cost and turnaround time.
The visit will consist of a technical presentation followed by a plant tour and discussion.
