The twin head filling system is a repeat of the earlier systems supplied by Australian Filling & Packaging Machines and offers a 40% reduction in filling times.
The twin head filling system can be used for filling two containers at up to 40/min. Both twin filling heads are able to be operated independently and offer flexibility in line layout.
The twin head filling system can also include scale to fill by weight. The twin head filling system are complete with up/down for feed back from a check weigh system that adjusts for trends due to product variance. Special twin head filler systems can have one filler at rapid fill, and the second head filler can fine fill to exact weight.
The twin head filling system includes control software that allows operators to set and restore all product settings through a 99 capacity memory.
