CleanScene: The National Cleaning & Hygiene Expo, organised by Australian Exhibitions & Conferences and currently running at Sydney Showground has experienced superb support from the cleaning industry.
Visitors to the show have come from a range of industries and from a breadth of positions. Not just cleaning professionals, but academics and OHS professionals interested in the safe application of various cleaning materials and equipment.
And not just Australian – South African, New Zealand and Chinese visitors have approached a number of the 80 plus exhibitors currently at Sydney Olympic Park, showcasing their wares.
Willie Erken of Wagtail Cleaning Tools is more than just a little impressed, he’s “exceedingly impressed with CleanScene”. “The range and breadth of visitors far surpasses my expectations, CleanScene really has hit the nail on the head.”
Les Miles of Activeion is similarly impressed, “put it like this, if the show had closed on Tuesday night I’d have been more than happy and we’ve had an even better day today”.
Peter Marsden of Bacstare has exhibited at a lot of shows in the last 15 years and CleanScene is one of the best shows he has ever done “the calibre of visitor is absolutely excellent” he said.
Finally Murray MacDonald of Duplex Cleaning Machines considers that the Safety Show and the Materials Handling Show alongside CleanScene provides a good visitor mix. “Certainly within some industries the OHS person is also responsible for cleaning, so these co-locations work exceptionally well” he went on “CleanScene has proved to be better than I expected”.
