Australian Dust Control specialises in the design and installation of dust and fume extraction systems for schools, universities and TAFE colleges.
St Josephs College, Port Macquarie, has commissioned Australian Dust Control to install an ASF3 reverse flow dust extraction system for the new woodworking classroom that is currently under construction.
The ASF3 reverse flow dust extraction system uses the latest European technology, and is a modular system allowing for additional modules to be added at a later date if required.
A variable speed drive, as an added option, will maximise energy efficiency and the inclusion of pneumatic blast gates that will be fitted to the main ductwork will isolate sections when not in use. To minimise noise to nearby classrooms, the 22kw fan will be fitted with an acoustic enclosure.
Schools investing in an Australian Dust Control dust extraction system will ensure that their students have access to the highest standard of protection available.
All dust and fume extraction systems designed by Australian Dust Control comply with selection criteria and OH&S regulations set forward by the NSW Department of Commerce.
