Australian Dust Control upgrade school dust extraction system
Australian Dust Control upgrade school dust extraction system

Australian Dust Control was recently commissioned to upgrade the dust extraction system at Forest High School located in Sydney. The new design was adapted to incorporate their existing school shaker dust collector.

Schools across Australia are taking advantage of recent Government funding to upgrade their existing dust extraction systems in woodworking classrooms, welding workshops and fine arts departments. The original duct work and dust extractor of the dust extraction system was only operational in one of the school’s three woodworking classrooms. With the addition of extra ducting and the use of blast gates, the school dust extraction system unit will now be adapted to be used in each of these classrooms.

The latest in design and technology used by Australian Dust Control is improving the safety standards in many schools and other learning institutions.
