Australian Dust Control Pty Ltd
designed and installed two dry spray booths at the Melbourne facility of Toyota Boshoku Australia.
Australian Dust Control supplied an 8m dry spray booth and a 4m dry spray booth, both units designed specifically to meet the requirements of Toyota Boshoku Australia.
The wet and dry spray booths by Australian Dust Control are designed to capture overspray during spray painting operations. Since the area of spray painting is under negative pressure, the airflow is directed towards the filtration section of the spray booth. The overspray is collected on the front face of the spray booth with the filtered air passing through and discharged to the atmosphere via the extraction fan.
Australian Dust Control’s dry spray booths use cardboard or coalescing material as the filter media while wet spray booths use a water wall method to filter the overspray.
Australian Dust Control’s spray booths are commonly used in the printing, aluminium, cardboard and paper industries.
