Australian Dust Control Pty Ltd designed, supplied and installed new ductwork at the manufacturing facility of a leading kitchen joinery specialist.
Trademaster, a leading kitchen joinery and construction supplier and valued customer of Australian Dust Control was upgrading their manufacturing facility with a new automated production process to improve production flow, which involved the installation of a series of new roller conveyers to transport product within the production area.
A new production machinery layout was required for the machines, which included edge banders, CNC machines and beam saws.
ADC was commissioned to re-design and install a new ductwork layout solution suitable for the upgrade. The ducting layout incorporated new galvanised ducting connecting from the reverse flow dust collector to the relocated production machines. The company was also tasked with the removal of old ductwork and re-commissioning of the reverse flow extraction system that ADC had previously installed for Trademaster.
In addition to dust and fume extraction systems, Australian Dust Control offers a comprehensive range of modular ducting made from galvanised or stainless steel as well as flexible ducting.
