AUSTRALIAN Bandsaw Company has for many years been the supplier of premium bandsaw blades and machinery to the fabrication and general engineering industries.

We are agents for some of the most notable names in the metalworking industry including Lenox, Amada, Daito Seiki and Cosen.

We specialise in helping our customers cut more efficiently with a greater blade life. This all leads to a lower cost per cut and greater margins for our customers.

The Lenox Sawcalc computer program enables us to model practically any cutting scenario and to advise the best blade, speed and cutting time for any cutting application.

We would like to invite visitors to our stand to take advantage of Sawcalc to help with any cutting problems that they may have. All we need is their saw make and model and the size and grade of the steel that they are cutting.

From this information we will be able to give them a printout of the results to take back to their saw.

At Austech 2004 we will be launching two exciting new blade products from Lenox and the new RCA circular saw from Daito Seiki. Armour Black takes advantage of new carbide and coating technologies to cut at speeds that are 5 to 10 faster than a conventional bandsaw blade.

The second blade is Lenox HRC carbide. HRC is designed for cutting extremely difficult materials such as Induction Hardened Chrome Shaft. This blade will be a great asset in the hydraulics industry.

The Daito Seiki RCA saw is a high speed production cutting machine that uses a carbide tipped saw blade. The saw is capable of cutting a 50mm mild steel bar in 5 seconds. The loading magazine allows a number of bars to be loaded in preparation for cutting.

For further information on our products or solutions to your cutting problems feel free to come and chat to our expert staff. Australian Bandsaw Company will be at stand F55 at the Austech Exhibition.
