ToolsTalk QAT (Quality Assured Tightening) is new, advanced software from Atlas Copco Tools Australia that gives a comprehensive overview of the tools, processes and applications on the shopfloor and raises the bar on tightening quality.
Complete control
With ToolsTalk QAT, complete control can be had over the critical processes required to meet the certification requirements of quality management systems.
The programme provides clear information about tool location and status, including when tools were calibrated, who last used them, for which parts they were used, and recent test results. All activities on the shop floor are documented and easy to access, enabling efficient cost management.
Four levels to suit all needs
ToolsTalk QAT is available at four levels allowing to choose the configuration that ideally suits the operation.
Basic is suitable for basic workshop and assembly environments. Crib is for workshop environments in the motor vehicle, manufacturing and general industries. Line is for the assembly line environment of those industries. The highest level, Full, offers an extensive list of applications and functions, and is designed to meet the needs of advanced workshop and assembly environments.
Whichever configuration chosen, ToolsTalk QAT gives the flexibility to upgrade with additional functions at a later date.
