Atamo has developed various other products including Wetronome. Wetronome is a device which offers an audible tone at a steady rhythm. This helps to improve performance in sports such as swimming.
Wetronome from Atamo is worn during training under a swim cap or it can be attached to goggles. Programming of this product is done through an inexpensive magnetic wand, which is incorporated to the product.
Wetrobots created by Atamo is an automated electronic device for application of glue. Application of the glue is done with help of robotic X-Y movement table. There are two stepper motors drive toothed belts which provide accuracy of better than 0.1mm in both X and Y directions.
The linear bearings in Wetrobots provide accurate motion with minimal friction. Accurate initialisation of table position at power up is offered with the help of limit switches and hall effect datum sensors. The glue is dispensed under electro-pneumatic control using a glue dispenser.
The controller is based around an Atmel ATMega32 single chip microprocessor. This comes with a simple interface circuit for power drive and it provides protection from all external static discharge.
